Topical Past Papers are free

After exploring different free/premium options and reviewing user feedback, we decided to make Topical Past Papers fully free again.
This also means free users can generate past papers using the latest available years. Premium users continue to get Examiner Report generation, and we have shipped performance upgrades across the platform.
Changes made
1. Topical Past Papers are fully free again
Topical Past Papers are now fully free again for all users. We tested different free/premium approaches and reviewed multiple user feedback threads before finalizing this direction.
What this unlocks for all users:
- Full access to Topical Past Papers without a premium subscription.
- Ability for free users to generate past papers using the latest available years.
- A simpler and more predictable revision workflow for all students.
2. Examiner Report generation enabled for Premium users
Premium users can now generate examiner reports alongside question papers and mark schemes for supported papers. These reports include examiner-style feedback, common mistakes, and practical insights to improve exam performance.
3. Platform performance enhancements
We have shipped additional optimizations to keep the study flow smooth and responsive. Loading questions, answers, and generated papers is now faster, and navigation across board, subject, and paper selection is quicker.
