Refund Policy - Open Past Paper

This Refund Policy applies to all paid plans purchased through Open Past Paper. Payments and refunds are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle").

1. 14-Day Refund

You can request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of your purchase. We will refund the full amount of the relevant Charges paid.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you can either:

  • Request it directly through Paddle at paddle.net using the order or receipt email sent by Paddle after purchase, or
  • Contact us using the details below and we will submit the request to Paddle.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and are typically processed by Paddle within 5–10 business days.

3. Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that. You can cancel through the Paddle Buyer Portal (link in your subscription confirmation email) or by contacting us.

4. Chargebacks

Please contact us or Paddle before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Disputes are resolved faster through a direct refund request.

5. Statutory Rights

Consumers in the EU, EEA and UK have a statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days, in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms. This Refund Policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
