This Refund Policy applies to all paid plans purchased through Open Past Paper.

1. Free Access

Open Past Paper may offer limited free access so you can evaluate the service before purchasing a paid plan. Because no payment is required for free access, there is nothing to refund.

2. No Refunds on Paid Plans

All purchases are final. Once a payment has been processed for a billing period, that payment is non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

3. Subscription Management

You are responsible for managing your subscription and canceling before renewal if you no longer wish to continue.

• Your paid access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• You will not be charged again after cancellation.
• Your account may revert to free access at the end of the paid period.

4. Automatic Renewal

Paid plans may renew automatically. If you do not cancel before the renewal date, you will be charged for the next billing period.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional cases, you may contact us with your billing details. Any exception to this policy is reviewed case-by-case and granted at our sole discretion.

6. Accounts Terminated for Violations

Accounts terminated due to violations of our Terms and Conditions are not eligible for refunds.
